    * MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

      • Routine maintenance around buildings, grounds, machines, and equipment for potential issues
      • Repair broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures
      • Perform ongoing preventative maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other systems, including changing light bulbs, maintaining interior and exterior property, and operating HVAC systems
      • Perform routine repairs such as parts placements
      • Maintain and clean tools and equipment to ensure they are safe and usable
      • Maintain inventory records
      • Help to develop preventative maintenance programs to reduce the risk of future problems
      • Fix potential safety hazards to avoid injuries
      • Meet quarterly with the safety committee

    * OXYGEN CLEAN ROOM TECHNICIAN

      • Oxygen-clean cryogenic parts and piping
      • Work closely with Quality Control to complete administrative duties
      • On-the-job training will be provided to become O2 certified
      • Detail-oriented

    * QUALITY CONTROL TECHNICIAN

      • Final inspections and testing of finished products following company standards
      • Report all job completions daily using the approved systems
      • Identify and document all quality issues as they arise
      • Record and report all quality issues using the approved systems
      • In-process, final inspection activities, and associated PC data entry
      • Mechanical and electrical component and assembly acceptance inspection using established documentation and guidelines
      • Report all job completions daily using the approved systems
      • Finished goods cosmetic and functional inspection
      • Inspection, labeling, and packing of finished goods before shipping
      • Data collection as required by quality engineers
      • Witness pressure testing and visual inspection of all panels, racks, final lines, and miscellaneous parts as required
      • Calibrate vacuum, high-pressure, analog gauges, and pressure transducers
      • Help oxygen clean department as needed
      • Must be well organized with good written and verbal skills
      • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

    * TIG WELDER

      • Experienced TIG Welder with the ability to use a variety of welding equipment and procedures while complying with safety policies
      • Perform various duties to meet required production standards
      • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine welding requirements
      • Set up components for welding according to specifications
      • Prepare product and parts to be welded (cutting, grinding, etc.)
      • Operate welding equipment with accuracy
      • Inspect and test weld surfaces and structures to meet quality standards
      • Perform other duties as assigned or needed
      • Keep work area, equipment, and tools clean and organized

     

        All applicants are required to have the following:

          • High school diploma or equivalent
          • Must be 18 years of age
          • Valid driver’s license
          • Able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
          • Must be up-to-date and willing to comply with all OSHA safety standards
